I honestly cannot recommend Nicola and Demila Property Staging highly enough. I had never used a property staging company before and, although I understood the principle, I wasn’t prepared for just how much difference professional staging could make. Nicola completely transformed an empty and very tiny flat on the outskirts of London into a beautiful, welcoming home. What impressed me most was that it wasn’t simply a case of bringing in attractive furniture and accessories. Everything had clearly been carefully considered for the individual property, from the scale and positioning of the furniture to the colours, artwork, lighting and smallest finishing touches. She seemed to instinctively understand how to make the very best of every room and show potential buyers exactly how the space could work while at the same time making it feel more spacious. The transformation was quite extraordinary. Walking back into the finished flat, I could hardly believe it was the same property. It looked stylish and aspirational but still warm, natural and completely believable as a home. Nicola herself was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout; professional, efficient, incredibly talented and genuinely lovely. She took care of absolutely everything and made the whole process completely stress-free. If anyone is wondering whether property staging is worth doing before putting an empty property on the market, having seen what Nicola achieved at the ‘bijou’ flat, my answer would be an unequivocal yes. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Demila Property Staging again and recommend Nicola wholeheartedly.
