Whether it’s staging a property for sale, setting up a show home, or furnishing an HMO or serviced accommodation, Demila creates interiors that not only look beautiful but also deliver real results.
The name Demila is a special one, it’s a combination of Nicola’s two daughters’ names, Demi and Mila, who remain her greatest inspirations and the heart behind everything she does.
Nicola founded Demila Staging & Styling from a deep love of creating beautiful, meaningful spaces.
Her journey began with her own home, where she styled it for her family out of pure passion. Naturally drawn to interior design, art, and texture, and with a keen eye for detail, she has always understood how to transform a house into a home.
Liam
Liam is the skilled craftsman behind the exceptional carpentry work at Demila Staging & Styling. With over 18 years of hands-on experience, he brings precision, creativity, and a true passion for his trade to every project he undertakes.
From elegant wall panelling and bespoke media walls to custom wardrobes, door hanging, and clever storage solutions, Liam has an eye for detail and a commitment to quality that ensures every finish is flawless. His work doesn’t just enhance a space, it elevates it.
But Liam’s talents don’t stop at carpentry. Known as our “flat-pack king,” he also supports with furniture assembly, removals, installations, and general handyman services. Whether it’s preparing a property for staging, installing final touches, or transforming an empty space into a beautifully finished home, Liam plays a vital role in bringing each project to life.
