I’m Nicola, founder and lead stylist at Demila.
I work closely with property developers, landlords, estate agents and homeowners to transform empty, dated or overlooked properties into warm, inviting homes that buyers can instantly connect with.
Whether it’s a one-bedroom apartment, an HMO, a new-build development or a multi-million-pound home, every project receives the same care, creativity and attention to detail.
Because staging isn’t simply about making a property look beautiful. It’s about understanding the buyer, making the most of every room and creating a home people can imagine themselves living in.

With over 12 years of experience in property, Jasmin brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a natural eye for how to present a home at its best.
Working with property owners, agents and developers, Jasmin is responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships and advising on the right staging and styling approach for each property.
Her experience allows her to understand what buyers and tenants are looking for, helping properties stand out and achieve their full potential.
A mum of two and passionate about business, Jasmin also runs her own successful skin clinic, bringing an entrepreneurial approach and a strong understanding of people and customer service.
Demila Property Staging was created from a genuine love of interiors and a belief that every property deserves the chance to make the right first impression.
