Demila Property Staging was created from a genuine love of interiors and a belief that every property deserves the chance to make the right first impression.
I’m Nicola, founder and lead stylist at Demila.
I work closely with property developers, landlords, estate agents and homeowners to transform empty, dated or overlooked properties into warm, inviting homes that buyers can instantly connect with.
Whether it’s a one-bedroom apartment, an HMO, a new-build development or a multi-million-pound home, every project receives the same care, creativity and attention to detail.
Because staging isn’t simply about making a property look beautiful. It’s about understanding the buyer, making the most of every room and creating a home people can imagine themselves living in.

The story behind Demila.
My love of interiors started long before Demila.
I have always been fascinated by how a room can completely change through thoughtful furniture placement, colour, lighting and styling. After seeing how difficult it can be for buyers to visualise an empty or poorly presented property, I knew I wanted to create a service that combined beautiful interiors with a clear commercial purpose.
Demila has since grown into a full property staging and furnishing service, helping homeowners, developers and landlords prepare properties for sale, rental and photography.
We have staged homes that had previously struggled to generate interest and watched them receive new enquiries, viewings and offers once buyers could finally see their potential.
That transformation and the difference it can make for our clients are why I love what I do.
A small team with a personal touch
Demila is supported by a trusted team of movers, installers, photographers and tradespeople who help bring every project together.
My husband Liam, a skilled carpenter, also provides bespoke carpentry and finishing work when a property needs something extra, from panelling and fitted storage to those all-important final details.
