At Demila Property Staging Ltd, we provide a bespoke, design-led service tailored to each individual property. Full details of the agreed scope of works, timelines, and client responsibilities will be outlined and confirmed prior to project commencement.

Upon securing your booking, a 48-hour cooling-off period applies, during which cancellations are eligible for a full refund.

Following this period:

• All deposits are non-refundable

• Deposits may be transferred to a future project, subject to availability and agreement

​

Due to the tailored nature of our work, including the sourcing and allocation of furnishings and accessories on a project-by-project basis, this policy ensures the integrity and preparation of each installation.

​

Any transferred deposit must be used within 6 months of the original booking date.
