Once staged, your property is ready for professional photography and viewings. The furniture and styling remain in place for the agreed period (typically 8–12 weeks). If the property sells, we arrange removal after completion, and extensions can be organised if needed.

No, you don’t need to be present. As long as we have access to the property, Demila Property Staging can manage the entire process. We’ll simply arrange a convenient time and organise access via a key or code.

Staging typically takes between half a day to 1–2 days, depending on the size of the property and the level of staging required. Smaller properties can often be completed within a few hours, while larger homes may take a full day or more.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For larger properties or during busy periods, more notice may be required. If you have a tighter timeline, please get in touch, we may be able to accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.
